Abstract

In this material, the authors would like to highlight a visible parallel between technology on the basis of information modeling (starting with the BIM, the construction industry) and technologies, providing management as a state activity and the economy as well as involved in the industrial sector (GIS asset management and public administration and ending with other information technologies, component parts included in the concept of the Digital economy). The class of such technologies we have discussed earlier in our publications. By virtue of bulk material, and presentation logic, we have divided it into two parts (Part 1 and Part 2). This article is the first part of our material.
