Data Economy
Abstract
The article is dedicated to the study of the digital transformation process, which represents a large-scale initiative to implement technologies for working with digital data across a wide range of subject areas. The digital transformation process includes a series of stages, each characterized by different technologies for the extraction and utilization of digital data. The data economy is the third stage of the digital transformation process, which aims to address the challenge of managing data as a cohesive object for both the state and businesses. The key objective of the data economy is to enhance the efficiency of working with digital data in communication and management processes. Achieving this goal will improve the effectiveness of all information projects, such as smart cities, smart healthcare, smart education, and smart environments, among others. Digital transformation data ultimately become the primary factor in most types of activities.
