Control of transport routes via mobile phones

Abstract


This paper considers a practical task of collecting and analyzing data from sensors of mobile devices. For practical implementation was chosen the task of monitoring the route of the vehicle. The purpose of such a system may be monitoring compliance with the vehicle prescribed route and schedule, informing passengers about the expected arrival time of the vehicle. The paper presents the model and the practical implementation of the monitoring system of the route of the vehicle, consisting of an application running on a mobile device with the operating system, Android, as well as web application for analysis and visualization of data collected
