Technical and methodological solutions for the distribution of synchronization signals in heterogeneous communication networks with the connection of cyber-physical
Abstract
When building a modern and future heterogeneous telecommunication network, in which cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things devices (including industrial ones) and classical communication systems operate together, an important role is played by clock synchronization networks (CSN) and time synchronization networks (TSN), which allow, by coordinating frequency scales and time scales, to avoid or minimize information loss, mismatch in the functioning of actuators. It is impossible to build a modern and future heterogeneous communication network with a guaranteed high quality of service for subscribers and end devices without properly organized CSN and TSN, which are technical means that ensure the formation, transmission of signals, quality control of the issued signals, and control of the synchronization signal transmission network.
