D – SELF regulation of management quality commodity and cash flows enterprises

Abstract


A way to solve the problem of rhythmic operation of the enterprise is proposed. The well–known D - SELF resource is used in the model problem of stability and stabilization of rhythms of non-stationary movement of commodity-cash flows in conditions of external loads. The basis of the simulation is the target scenario of the flow movement in the direction of least resistance from the external environment, similar to the choice of the optimal relief channel by the river flow. The results are illustrated by the example of D – SELF regulation of oscillations and pulsation of real cargo traffic. An indicator of the quality of management has been developed – the correlation coefficient D – SELF, which determines the optimal mode of effective management. D-SELF self-regulation reduces costs (cost) by optimal balance of individual elements (parameters) during the movement of commodity and cash flows. The approach is the basis for a fundamentally new (D-SELF) economic model based not on an aggressive competitive policy of maximizing profits, but on the stability and stabilization of commodity and cash flows both in companies and holdings, and in entire sectors of the economy.
