Integral analysis of the impact of virtualization of learning at the university

M.A. Kovalenko, A.Y. Ilyin

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of virtualization of training on the example of virtual laboratories for conducting practical classes on education in universities. The study addresses the issue and emergence of trust in virtual learning technologies, which consists of a combination of factors at the stages of development and maintenance of the system. The issue is relevant in connection with the need to modernize educational processes as part of digital transformation programs. The authors draw attention to the fact that the virtual learning environment should not have the same reliability as in the case of standard educational practices. To achieve the goal of the work, an integral analysis was carried out by the factorial method of the influence of the virtualization of training at the institute on students. Two learning systems are considered, and the results of the study are visually displayed. Based on the results of the analysis, two conclusions were drawn. Firstly, the use of virtual laboratories with the use of digital twin technologies has a positive impact on the effectiveness of training. Secondly, when creating virtual spaces for learning, it is necessary to pay special attention to obtaining reliable, relevant and high-quality information for users. Results and analysis play an important role not only for education, but also for any business that follows modern trends and sets itself the task of building trust between the participants in the process.
